Paperkiss support
Tell us what happened. A description or a non-sensitive example is usually enough.
What to include
Include your Windows version, Paperkiss version, input format and the steps that caused the problem. Use a blank or non-sensitive sample whenever possible. Never send a backup password or an original signature photo.
Background removal
Select one signature or stamp, adjust background sensitivity and soft edges, then refine with erase and restore. Keep faint strokes visible; missing details cannot be reliably recreated.
Protected documents
Digitally signed, certified or restricted PDFs may be read-only. Ask the sender for an unsigned, editable copy. Password-protected files require the correct password; Paperkiss does not remove permissions.
Protected backups
Backup passwords are case-sensitive and cannot be reset. A wrong password or damaged file is rejected before import. Keep the original backup and review conflicts before choosing copies, skipping items or explicitly replacing matching IDs. Library backups do not include saved drafts.
Exporting a copy
Choose PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP and a new filename. For PDF pages exported as images, choose pages and DPI; lower DPI if the page is too large. PNG and WebP can keep transparency, while JPG needs a background.
