This policy explains how GagarinSoft handles information when you use Relaaax, a sound player for relaxation and bedtime routines. Contact: gagarinsoft@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
Relaaax stores favorites, playback preferences, language, timer and alarm settings, downloaded audio, and a local playback-session history. The session history helps identify interrupted playback; it is not a measurement of your sleep or health. The app also stores purchase entitlement and store-country information received from the app store. Local information is retained until you remove it, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Device backups may be managed separately by your operating system.
Audio downloads and network requests
Downloading sounds requires a connection to an audio-delivery server. That server receives standard request information, including your IP address, requested file, request time and device/browser information sent with the request. This information is used to deliver files, operate the service and investigate errors or misuse. Downloaded audio is stored on your device. Service providers may keep operational logs under their own retention policies.
Purchases
Optional Premium purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. Relaaax receives purchase status and transaction information needed to verify and restore access. Payment-card details are handled by the store, not by GagarinSoft. Store records are governed by the store’s policies.
Advertising
When advertising is enabled and shown in the app, Google AdMob may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and advertising identifiers, advertising interactions and diagnostic information for advertising delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Advertising consent and privacy choices are presented where required. Premium and eligible regional access can disable ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.
Permissions
Notifications, background media playback and battery-related settings support playback with the screen off. Alarm-related permissions support scheduled alarms and the wake-up screen. Relaaax does not use these permissions to read your contacts, record microphone audio or measure your physical activity.
Support and your choices
If you email support, Google processes the message as our email provider and GagarinSoft uses its contents to respond. Keep unnecessary sensitive information out of support messages. You may request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you by contacting us. Requests may require limited identity verification. Applicable legal requirements may require retention of specific transaction, security or correspondence records.
Deleting data
Use the app’s settings to remove downloaded audio. Clear app data to remove local preferences and session history. Uninstalling Relaaax does not cancel a store subscription; manage it in Google Play or the App Store.
Children and policy updates
Relaaax is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us to request its removal. Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
